Dear Lakeside Court Resident,

Meridian Surfacing Ltd. will resurface the resident parking area on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 September. All vehicles must be removed from the lot by 7 A.M. on 12 September so that the work can commence on schedule. The parking area will reopen at 8 A.M. on 14 September.

During these two days, residents may park free of charge in the municipal garage on Hawthorn Street. Show your resident card at the booth and the fee will be waived. We understand that finding another space is inconvenient, but the schedule cannot be extended because the surface must cure before vehicles return.

Please note that every space will be repainted and slightly widened, so a few spaces may be relocated. If your assigned space changes by more than thirty metres, our office will notify you by e-mail before 10 September. Motorcycles and bicycles should be moved to the covered rack behind Building C.

If you expect to be away during these dates, please leave a contact number at the management office so that we can reach you quickly if a problem arises with your vehicle. Staff will be on site both mornings from 6:30 A.M. to answer questions and to help residents who need assistance moving a car.
