Hi, everyone! My name is Josh, and I want to tell you about a brilliant trip I did with my youth club recently. It was to the Weather Forecasting Centre in our city. I had wanted to visit there for ages because I'm really interested in weather. My after-school club had tried to organise a trip for us, but not enough people wanted to go in the end. So I suggested it to my youth club, and they happily agreed to take us all there.Chào mọi người! When we arrived at the Centre, we were welcomed with hot drinks. Then a friendly guide told us about the history of the place. He said it was first set up in 1854, but it wasn't until 1859 that they actually started warning people about very strong winds that were coming. These warnings were really important for people working outdoors and for transport on land and at sea. Later, when communications improved, the Centre sent its daily weather forecasts to ships, and then the forecasts also went into newspapers, where everyone could read them at home.Đến nơi, chúng tôi được mời đồ uống nóng.
