You recently attended a training course that was cancelled halfway through. Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter, you should:
• explain which course you attended;
• describe the problem the cancellation caused;
• say what you would like them to do.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my concern about the Business English course (code BE-204) that I attended last month, which was unexpectedly cancelled after only two sessions.
This cancellation caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I had already paid the full fee and rearranged my work schedule, so losing the remaining lessons has affected both my time and my study plan.
I would therefore be grateful if you could either offer me a full refund or transfer my place to the next available course.
I look forward to your prompt reply.

Tôi viết thư này để bày tỏ sự lo ngại về khóa Business English (mã BE-204) mà tôi tham gia tháng trước, đã bị hủy bất ngờ chỉ sau hai buổi.
Việc hủy này gây cho tôi rất nhiều bất tiện. Tôi đã đóng đủ học phí và sắp xếp lại lịch làm việc, nên mất các buổi còn lại đã ảnh hưởng cả thời gian lẫn kế hoạch học.
Vì vậy, tôi rất mong quý đơn vị hoàn lại toàn bộ học phí hoặc chuyển chỗ của tôi sang khóa gần nhất.
