Choosing between a large and a small company is an important decision for anyone starting a career. While both have their advantages, I firmly believe that working for a large company is the better choice, for two main reasons.

The first reason is career development. Large companies usually offer structured training programmes and clearer promotion paths. For instance, my cousin joined a multinational firm and received professional training that quickly improved her skills and salary.

The second reason is stability. Because large organisations have more resources, they can weather economic difficulties more easily than small ones. This means employees enjoy greater job security and better benefits, such as insurance and paid leave.

In conclusion, although small companies can offer a friendly atmosphere, I believe the training opportunities and stability of a large company are more valuable in the long run. That is why I would choose to work for a large company.
